Our Story

FrontLine Communication was founded with a simple but powerful vision: to transform healthcare communication through world-class training. What started as a small team of passionate communication specialists has grown into the UK's largest provider of Advanced Communication Skills Training (ACST).

Today, we work with NHS trusts, hospices, cancer centres, and healthcare organisations across the UK, training thousands of healthcare professionals every year. Our programmes are recognised for their quality, with ACST courses mapped to ACCEND competencies and registered with the NHS accreditation portal.

We've expanded our services to include enhanced communication skills training (ECST), specialist programmes like our Personalised Approach to Cancer Care (PACC), webinars, bespoke course design, and even film production services. But at our core, we remain focused on one thing: helping healthcare professionals communicate with confidence, compassion, and skill.
