The hospice wanted to enhance a six-part leadership programme for senior staff across two hospice sites.

Working from the hospice's leadership themes, FrontLine wrote, cast and produced six realistic scenarios covering managing challenging staff, influencing upwards, saying no appropriately and mediating between colleagues.
How it's used
The films are used within the hospice's annual three-month leadership programme to stimulate reflection, discussion and problem-solving.
