The challenge
The hospice wanted to support staff to recognise and explore how to respond to microaggressions experienced by colleagues and patients. They decided videos would be more cost effective than using actors each time, as they want to represent different ethnicities and cultures within the training.
FrontLine solution
Using themes drawn from complaints and lived experiences of PAH staff, FrontLine wrote, cast and produced six realistic scenarios.
How it's used
The films are now part of the charity's staff induction programme, creating a safe and engaging way to explore inclusion, workplace culture and everyday behaviours.
