FrontLine created training films capturing the full family meeting process: staff briefing, the family meeting itself and the team debrief afterwards. The videos were broken into bite-sized learning segments to support reflection on team roles, communication and shared decision-making.
How it's used
The resources continue to support multidisciplinary team training across the hospital, helping staff explore how to ensure every voice is heard and valued.
