The challenge
The Centre needed to train large numbers of nurses while making the most of both hands-on clinical learning and reflective e-learning time.
FrontLine solution
FrontLine worked with clinical staff and actors to develop films exploring challenging conversations around end-of-life planning, continuing care and DNAR discussions. The scenarios were produced and then broken down into short reflective learning segments to be hosted on their e-learning program.
How it's used
The films support a blended learning model where learners alternate between clinical experience and guided reflection, helping them pause, think and prepare for complex conversations in practice.
